Our consultancy-based service also offers hiring managers sound advice on interviewing to ensure your interview process runs smoothly. Before arranging any interview rest assured all candidates are meticulously processed and qualified by:

 

Telephone screening:  through all our methods of identifying the right candidate it all starts through an initial telephone screening to gauge the suitability and interest levels of the candidate without divulging your company name.

Face to face interview:  having completed all phone interviews we are left with an initial shortlist to interview. The interview allows us to gauge the candidates’ intangible qualities which cannot be identified over the phone. These qualities include how they present and articulate, confidence levels, how personable they are, how they build rapport and body language.

  

Reference Checking:  If the candidates have impressed our consultants after a face-to-face interview, we will progress to reference checking to validate the information provided on their resume. This includes qualifications and behavioural attributes to ensure they fit right into you company culture.

 Short List: after phone screening, face to face interviews and reference checking the candidates we will than present you with a short list with detailed feedback as to why they are a good fit to the role.   

​

Client Interviews: We will coordinate interviews between both parties, qualify availabilities and send all the relevant meeting details.

​

Follow-Up:  After the commencement date we will follow up with you and the candidate to make sure there has been a smooth transition on both sides.
